Frequently asked questions

Singapore-incorporated companies that are not exempt must file financial statements in XBRL with their annual return. Solvent exempt private companies are exempt from filing financial statements, while insolvent ones must file.

A reduced template available to smaller companies whose revenue and total assets for the financial year each do not exceed S$500,000.

A PDF copy of the financial statements rather than XBRL.
