Audit coordination

Liaison with auditors for companies that do not qualify for the small company audit exemption.

Sample fee for low-volume companies. Plans scale with transaction volume and add GST, payroll and CFO reporting as you grow.

Annual compilation of financial statements and tax filing for dormant or low-activity companies.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Private companies qualify for audit exemption as a small company if they meet two of three criteria for the past two financial years: revenue not more than S$10 million, total assets not more than S$10 million, and not more than 50 employees.

Xero and QuickBooks Online. We can work in your existing subscription or set one up for you.

Companies must keep accounting records for at least five years, which is also IRAS’s record-keeping requirement.

Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Smaller companies may adopt SFRS for Small Entities if they meet the size criteria.
